I waited over 6 months for this appointment. I specifically told them what insurance I have and sent them a photo of my insurance card at the time I made the appointment. ( Over 6 months ago.) I took off work today , lost money. I them was told at the appointment they don’t take my insurance. So unprofessional. Wish I hadn’t wasted my time.

Dr. McCain and his hygienist did another amazing job making sure I was comfortable and numb for my procedure! I left with no real pain, no bruising, and I haven't had to take any pain relief yet! Thank you for all that you do!

I was a new patient who is switching dentist as soon as possible-Was impressed with my hygienist, however. Be sure you ask if you’re a new patient if any x-rays or procedures are necessary. My prior dentist was a small office and not capable of electronically sending history. This fact was made clear on my Initial appointment.Was very unimpressed by the response via email from the billing department instead of extending me the courtesy of calling me back. did not feel valued as a patient. Felt more like a source of revenue.

I had a cracked tooth right before Christmas. The office did their best to get me in as soon as possible to have it fixed. Dr. Sapon is gentle, takes his time, explains what he is doing as he does it, and only does what is necessary. Highly recommend Dr. Sapon and team for your dental needs.

Superb. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, efficient, and clearly cared about Kathy's health and circumstance, which certainly makes your work more difficult. I rountinely recommend you to people I know, whether they are looking for a dental support system or not. You all deserve 11 out of 10 stars: front desk staff, hygenist, and doctor. Kudos, and whatever you are doing, keep doing it. Your practice sets a high standard that every dental practice should strive to emulate.
